About our approach

 

CONSISTENCY

We don’t believe in quick fixes or shortcuts, so training for an event with us is only the beginning of the journey with longer term goals of improvement, greater fitness, healthy lifestyle and building long term friendship.

We believe that consistent training builds endurance and then keeps strong foundations for whatever goal you have in mind, with patience and hard work improvement is limitless.

LOW INTENSITY

Part of being consistent and building endurance is training at low intensity, we strongly believe this is the key to long term success.

FEEDBACK

Everyone is different so the training plan will be set according to the athlete’s fitness, needs, time available, lifestyle, values and priorities and then adjusted based on their feedback.

HOLISTIC APPROACH

Aside from a training plan we will encourage healthy lifestyle with recovery, sleep and nutrition. Unlike fixed training plans we offer a ‘membership’ where athletes can improve, prepare for events and are looked after.

​

Building a running and tri community of likeminded, committed athletes with marathon or triathlon event trips so that they can enjoy group support, training for a common goal and experience the joy of traveling, taking part and completing events together.
